I have 15 years experience in acute care and just got hired on with a company paying me 10 cpl. Most job postings seem to want more than one year experience. Just keep at it and you'll get there. I make 11 cpl on another account I have and then do part-time IC work and make 14 cpl. Experience talks in this business, so don't give up.
