In November there was more than enough work...then after Jan. 1, it quickly went to 0. Not just that, but ESL is way too heavy for me. Seemed I was constantly getting phone calls about weekend rotation...in other words, right hand didn't seem to know the left. Sometimes 2 days would go by before getting a response to my emails. It was just too loose for me. And yes, they have way over-hired.
