The first question I ask a prospective company is if they offshore. Not one has admitted it yet, but that is very easy to find. The second is the pay scale because I am not working for these slave wages that people seem to find acceptable.
For every MT that puts their foot down there are 10 more willing to jump at the job unfortunately.
