I also work for MDI-MD and not only do they have a 24-hour window, their liasons are without a doubt some of the kindest, caring, professional people I've ever dealt with. My mother has been extremely ill a couple of times and I've had to take off unexpectedly, and the only feedback I received was to wish her a speedy recovery and to let them know if I needed anything.

Great company run by great people.
