I have 30+ years of experience and make 9-1/2 cpl with a fantastic benefits package. I left a well-respected company where I made 11 cpl but had so many ESLs who could not speak English plus an antiquated system. The people at the old shop were lovely and treated me very well, but they provided no benefits as it was all SE. I actually make much more now I am work a small group using a WAV pedal.
