My resignation

I sent in an E-mail to my supervisor outlining my reasons for leaving, made sure that she knew it was not personal, only that I did not have faith in the continued viability of MQ and that I was not earning the money that I required and had another job waiting.  She E-mailed back the next day that she was sorry that I was leaving, that I would be welcome to return, and sent me the labels for my foot controls (I would make sure you kept the information when it was mailed back).  I got the phone call asking me to return but politely declined as I was much happier now.

I got my PTO check deposited before my regular check.

resignation
You have to email your PS that you are leaving and give a notice; no notice, no eligibility for rehire. They in turn notify everybody else, I think. I called Human Resources to find out about ins. They take insurance out of your last check and coverage ends the last day of the month you leave. KS - ins. 90 days after hire. Takes a while to get everything going. Allow yourself at least two weeks.

Is it customary to give a 2-week notice for IC status?
You should have gotten your $250 back at time of resignation. nm

copy of fraud resignation
I have a screen shot copy of the fraudulent resignation that the team leader took the initiative to email to me.  I don't have a copy of the original fraudulent resignation email that was sent to the account manager, but I sure wish I had, as I learned through Yahoo Fraud Division the following.  For instance, I email a person, not forwarded, just they receive my original email.  If you go to the very bottom of that email, in the right lower corner, click on Full Headers.  Now go back up to the top of the email and what do you see....You will now see the IP address.  That IP address tells a lot about the sender.  Hmmm, do you think All Type would insist ***** do this since she is the one who received the fraudulent resignation?  Would save a lot of legal headaches.  I think I shall request that, but something tells me I will not receive a response.
