I feel your pain. I left MQ after 10 years, was making 0.975 when I left, but the national cesspool plus ASR dropped my income dramatically. I also took 0.850 from TT, and I have not regretted it. I have always had work (some have not), and can usually get enough lines in per pay period to earn an incentive. Plus they give an incentive of 0.025 for submitting less than 10% to QA. I am still making as much money as I was at MQ when things were good a few years back. I am happy here, but to each his own, everyone needs different things from a company. You just need to find the best fit for you. I don't think there is a perfect one out there, and if there is, the people that work for them are not advertising how great it is because they don't want us all running there.
