uninformed and disorganized office staff. One supervisor would send out a rule change and the other supervisor sent one out right after it that contradicted the first one. I see other posts that say the supervisors aren't transcriptionists so that probably explains that. As the other poster said, the platform, Apex, leaves a lot to be desired. It's not made for productivity that's for sure. I stayed for a while until I saw I was going broke quickly. My production wasn't even 3/4 of what it is on other platforms. Pay was never an issue though. It was always on time.
