I can't help you with your question but I just wanted to say hi. I'm a new KSer, too, though not on Chartscribe platform. I noticed no one had responded to your question, so I just wanted to give a new KS MT shout out ;) I start next week and coming from (BIG HUGE NATIONAL who shall remain nameless), I am VERY excited.

I wouldn't take it to small claims. My original lead in ortho did call me today and we straightened it all out. She has always been honest and fair to me and so has my other lead. They offered me another account within the company. I was hoping they'd come through. I never meant to bash the whole company because they all don't deserve it. It was just miscommunication.
