it is not reasonable.  If you enjoy working on ER reports, why not find a company who will pay you 8-1/2 or 9 cpl for straight ER report transcription?  I have seen a few advertised recently on the Job Board.  As you know, with ER reports there are many opportunities for templates (free lines).  When you are editing VR, you are being paid less CPL for lines that you could have made into templates yourself.  I would go to straight transcription, create my own templates and make the higher CPL.
