training or not. If they do you'll make a little, but if they don't you'll probably make less than minimum wage just because you are training. All ESLs, some may be good, but you're not going to be producing lots of lines so making very little, plus the stress of trying to decipher them just isn't worth it. I wouldn't waste my time every training, but spend your time looking for another position.
