If you keep QA submissions below a certain percentage you will actually make more cpl though.
TT's QA are the best and are never demeaning no matter how many blanks are there.
No asinine rules at TT whatsoever.

A person can only be used and abused
if that is what they allow. I work for a company that basically leaves me alone, pay on time, no watching over my shoulder, not a lot of QAing, hardly ever in fact, I work, they pay and that works out good for me. I am not burned out and not used and abused, life is much too short for that kind of life whether it is your work or home life.
