I am working on that myself right now. Where did these people get off figuring they can do whatever they want? I don't get it. You have to pay people within a time frame, pay overtime, and you can't pay them production and then require hours and hours of their day messing with your inept system. That's called working. And, in every other industry, everyone knows you have to pay people to work. I love your title. My sentiments exactly.
