I don't get higher cpl for being a tier 3. The OP was saying she's doing op notes when she doesn't really get paid to do them, but I'm a tier 3, do op notes all the time, and still have a lower line count than she does. ;)

MDI-FL out of work?? Nooo wayy....
Trust me, they are not out of work....far from it. Just recently joined them, they are actually the first company I've been with in a long time that actually never runs out of work. They have different platforms, you can easily find one to that fits you. Good progressive company, no complaints here.
