I was out of MT for several yrs and recently got back into it. One company tested me and told me I passed and then wanted me to fill out their more detailed application and once the recruiter saw that she blew me off because I hadn't worked in over 2 yrs. I was so ticked off. At least I got some testing experience, but she got me all excited that I had a job when she shouldn't have even talked to me in the first place since I didn't meet their standards, which she would have known if she had looked closely at my resume.
