Platform is good, Personally, I had the account manager from you know where, but I am sure not all are that way. Average pay. If you do well, you get plenty of work. :) You get your own assigned doctors so work is pretty steady. There is usually an opportunity to work on overflow if you doctor(s) happen to go on vacation. All work is Monday-Friday, so that is a bonus. Hope this helps.
