some still have the flexibility of being able to work within a 12-hour window. It all depends on what your STM requires. Mine wants us to work a set 8, others are not that strict and let you flex over 12 hours. It does hurt other MTs when you work outside your window and take work away from them. EVERYONE has bills to pay. NO ONE should have to work outside of their schedule and on their days off to make up hours because Webmedx insists on OVERHIRING.
