Thanks for your answer. I didn't pose the question so much for me. I'm a part timer and that dictates a lot about where I work.

I just noticed after reading the board a while that it would be helpful to everyone. It is ultimately a personal decision and also not one you can't change if you get in a situation you don't care for, leave.

Your email was a great start to the survey thanks again.
