Not only do they offshore, but they outsource to other companies, aka vendors, in the USA, like TTD....Before the outsourcing, any account that is halfway enjoyable with clear dictators ends up going 100% to India. While I worked for them, I noted that they spoiled their clients while they tried their best to cut costs by providing the barest minimum of employee benefits, while expecting their employees to be on the watch 24/7 for notice that a queue is full and needs immediate attention. In other words, you must be on the alert and jump in when the jobs are there, despite having a set employee schedule, which is a joke. Of course, this practice is not unique to Focus; it is common in the industry. IMHO, it is the result of MTs allowing companies to treat them like machines, while the MTSOs use this leverage to compete for accounts, promising quick TAT, knowing that their MT machines will jump through hoops for them in order to accomplish this task.
