I've been there several months now, and on several different accounts, and I think I've run across less than a handful of ESL docs, and the couple that I've done have been easy. That's all I can say from my experience, though. I've only done 4 or so accounts, and there's no guarantee that one won't come on with a bunch of ESL docs.

However, I will say that from my experience, they're very accommodating if you have an issue with a dictator. I wouldn't let fear of ESL stop you from going with them. Fear of having more than enough work, maybe ...
