I have worked for 15 years from my home office and at local hospitals and clinics in Iowa. Presently work for a national on the East coast, have a small private account for a local group of physical therapists (pays lots more than the national but PT) and have never had an iota of problem finding work. Most hospitals here will let you work either on site or at home. You can find your own accounts if you do a little searching and marketing (like you can anywhere in the country).
