Not sure what you consider "Excellent Pay-??"

I remember reading a few posts just last week where MTs either quit or were considering quitting due to low line counts given by their Bayscribe program. These MTs stated it was hard to even get 200 lph, which I wouldn't consider excellent pay at any rate.
