I recently left OSi as well after a bad experience. I can get past the outsourcing issue, but the three big issues for me are:
1) There is a discrepancy in how employees are treated from one to the next. Rules are made and then exceptions are made for those employees who are liked by management. If you get on the bad side of management (at least one manager) she would constantly request QA reviews until QA found enough errors to put you on probation. I know this from a reliable inside source.
2) The health insurance is astronomical. It costs over $700 a month for family coverage.
3) They tell you that you will be placed on one account, but that account is actually about three or four, they just happen to be on the same server so they call it the same account. You get the same doctor maybe once a month, so there is almost no way you can increase your lines by becoming familiar with an account.
