OSI okay so far

Yes, there' s a lot of emails, but the majority don't require a response.  They communicate with all of the MTs on all of the accounts via email.  Overall they don't seem to bother you too much, just let you work.  Work was a little light over the holiday weekend, but that's to be expected.  Everyone has been very nice and helpful so far.  Yes they offshore, but I've come to the conclusion that just about everyone does.  I lost my job of 13 years due to offshoring, so I know what it's like.  But I don't think not working for a company that offshores is going to stop it.  Just my opinion.
