I just received new hire paperwork from them today...and there is nothing remotely like that in their paperwork. Believe me, I went over it and over it. What it DID say was that if an employee fails to fill out a time card and turn it in on time, they will be paid minimum wage for 86.87 hours and pay adjusted accordingly the next pay day.
