I have worked for OSi for 6-1/2 years and I have enjoyed it. Just like any company there are pros and cons, but I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons, they always pay on time, they have good benefits, most of the management team are easy to get along with. They try hard to match MTs up to an account that works for them, and if you are assigned one that doesn't work well for you, you can ask to be switched. Let me know if you want more info.
