OT is compensated!

Why do you say it should be compensated? It is. You are paid at time and a half for OT hours, which means good money. Trans complain about lack of work and then complain about too much work! If you don't want to run out of work when it's a slow time, then step up and work a little extra when it's busy.

No joke! You should be compensated
to respond in a nice way!  I would let you great team lead know that you are really plugging for them so your team lead can maybe get you a kicker!!  LOL
Something like being compensated for my time,

How do you get compensated for fixing these?

Don't you think that quality should be compensated?

I have been compensated in the past
by extra for certain dictators and raise for being willing to work harder accounts, but had to ask, they usually won't offer :)
Most leads are compensated for the extra duties.....
like answering emails and watching TATs, etc. There is no OT, and no huge salary, and leads are expected to reach quota like everyone else. I would know, I work there, and I am a lead. We don't cheerypick, and work is first in/first out unless work has to be assigned for a particular platform. Geez!
What is wrong with a good MT knowing what she is worth and expecting to be compensated
