I accepted a position with them almost a year ago. The woman I dealt with (K) was in contact constantly as I had ordered a new computer just to work on a particular account, and she had sent the specs over to their techs for confirmation it would work with the platform, etc.
The day my computer arrived, I emailed to let her know. No response. It was the weekend, so I waited until Monday and emailed again. No response. I called and got her voicemail, left a message confirming I had my new computer and was ready to start. No response.
By the next morning, I had accepted another position I had been offered at the same time as Superior Global and never looked back, which is a good thing because I NEVER heard one single word from that woman again.
Judging from your story, it sounds like they're totally flaky all the way around.
