I always wondered why Spheris just couldn't manage to contact me when they had the opening on the shift that I wanted (third), while plenty of others who came after me were getting the jobs. I'd sent an email just about monthly to the recruiter and repeatedly was told that I was still on the list, but there were no vacancies. Right! However, at that time, I was already over 52. Make me wonder..

Just went to look at Spheris India and it seems they - pnly hire people between ages 18-52.
- average life expectancy is 64 years so 52 - is old to them - NM
