Over-generalization! Please SM

First of all, I've made several posts right here expressing my opinion of Spheris.

I have worked FT there for well over 5 years now. I have been paid well ( certainly better than average for my area) and treated well by management. I have the health benefits I need at a reasonable rate. They have given me every schedule I asked for, every day off I've requested. I can take training classes (including Expander classes) and get paid for it. No one watches over my shoulder or calls me to find out why I'm not at the computer.

Am I happy about this PTO development? Absolutely not, even though many MTSOs do not pay PTO for part-time. Heck, in the real world, part-time employees don't get vacation or benefits!

However, I have NEVER been treated like a slave and have never had cause to complain.
