I also forgot to add, don't get discouraged with ESL docs.  Buckle down and get comfortable.  That's where I make the most money.  They tend to say the same thing all the time.  They are far more articulate in most cases because they are very much aware of the fact that they have a language barrier. 

Give me an ESL over a sloppy and careless English speaking doc any day.   Besides that, it just makes you that much more valuable to your employer if you can tackle the tough ones and Git'R done!
