That is why I wondered about Medware, they say they offer two weeks paid vacation, four hours of sick pay a month, and holiday pay! I am just mostly interested in some pay for maternity leave in some sort...I didn't think that would be an unreasonable thing to be looking for...not all MTs are older...like I said I have been doing this straight out of college! I worked in a Hospital before and it sucked!!!
