Pay is low and...

communication is virtually nonexistent. I was told I would get a raise after being released from QA, but there was no QA feedback ever. I sent many emails asking when I was going to get released and get my raise or if I needed to improve on something and would never get a response. I was not the only one having this problem. Seems communication is an issue with them.

As for the month lag on pay, it depended on when you were hired. They pay monthly, so obviously if you start at the beginning of a month, you don't get paid until the following month.

The good thing, since communication was pretty much nonexistent, you were left alone to do your job. I could work as little or as much as I wanted. I like the platform (Escription), which was pretty easy to learn. I would have stayed if they just would have let me know when I was getting a raise. I couldn't afford to work for 2.5 cpl forever.
