I don't know anything about Princeton, but I've had some dealings with RI in the past. I can't see anyone wanting to work for them unless they were an insecure, inexperienced newbie. That's one thing they've got going for them - they'll give newbies a chance (at a very low rate of pay, while docking that very low rate of pay for mistakes made). At least that was the practice when I was there a couple of years ago.
