I've worked for Transolutions for almost a year now. I have never been so impressed by the knowledge of their QA team. They REALLY know their stuff. I've worked for many companies in the past, but this is where I feel I want to stay. My ideas are always considered and I feel like a valuable employee there.
My theory is, you get back what you are willing to give. There are negatives about every company if you look for them. I have learned never to complain unless I have an idea for a solution.
I love this company but I am also very commited to it. So, for whatever it is worth, this is my opinion.
