They pay by the line. They have lots of newbie MTs who are terrible. You must full QA all reports. Yes...they do expect you to provide feedback. Because you are not paid hourly, you are not paid for the time you spend doing this.
If you are placed on a certain ER account, you will hear the most horrible dictators you have ever heard. Mix the horrible dictators with the horrible MTs and you have got a pitiful paycheck.
Also, there are many times when there is no work to QA. You will also have to type in order to make any money.
