Question about GEMS

I have been told they pay by the audio hour. Would that help as opposed to line rate? I'm already working with a lousy platform. Who needs it!?

Cardiologists use it, and it is time-consuming and cumbersome -- not MT friendly! But I have not used it for a year or so, so perhaps it is better now. Good luck!
