The pay sounds good, I was paid 9 cpl, but I wonder about the way the system counts. I made on average 2000 lines per day at the previous job and with them it was a challenge to get 800, and a lot of that was because endless time was spent looking for physicians and such. Family insurance is incredibly expensive. By the time they took out all the insurance, I only cleared 300 a week. Plan to be ignored totally unless you make a mistake. There are no trainers, no mentors, nothing. They throw you in and you sink or swim. They promise a hiring bonus yet I never got it. I kept asking and they said finally you have to be there a year. They say they pay half of your insurance if you make 10,000 lines per pay period, and I always did,but noticed the insurance wasn't at the rate it should be, so I asked, and got this brief little note that said they only pay half of employee only coverage. Interestingly that wasn't mentioned on hiring, the email said they pay half, not just half for employee coverage only. They are very proud of themselves, give no credit to the MTs whatsoever, and treat you like the maid, do the work and don't talk to us.
