They pretty much take only overflow so work levels go up and down drastically, they over-hire constantly, they change their polices midstream always to the MT's disadvantage and QA you to death and then when you're off QA you can't get the time of day from them. I lasted a couple months and decided anything would be better than this! So I guess the answer is REALLY UGLY.

      - They do tell you up front that they have a lot of ESL. At least they don't lie about it like mos - MT
