I did find the company at Radiologix, Inc. I think they are a parent company that owns bunches of centers throughout the U.S. There are a few in Maryland called Advanced Radiology that are owned by them. I also applied but the e-mail provided did not go through. Can find out the names of the different centers at the Radiologix, Inc. website and get phone number at least. Advanced has been around a while in MD but don't know anyone that works for them.
