I personally have worked for TS for 3 years and have absolutely never experienced any rudeness from QA, management, or anyone at the company for that matter. They are some of the nicest people I've ever worked with and very responsive. Also, QA does not control how much you make. QA only controls the amount of your QA bonus, which is only a small portion of your earning potential. Some of the platforms are older but they have recently upped their pay scale and I believe this compensates very well for that.
