Ruthie is very gracious

I think Ruthie is being very gracious in allowing this person to make a mistake.  We all make mistakes and this poor woman who posted her resume will be upset enough when she realizes it.  She will learn from it and I hope she will not be penalized for it.  Does not mean her work ethic is poor, just means she made a mistake and will do better the next time.  It cannot be assumed that she is careless just because she made a mistake.  We all make many mistakes throughout our lives, this is just a small one.  She may be a wonderful employee.  So glad Ruthie can still see that possibility.

    So Ruthie...
I assume you will go easy on the QA since a slip of the finger is so easy to do?
Thanks for your kind words, and being gracious...
is mostly because I have great respect for my team leader and don't want to leave her in the lurch. She has been wonderful to me, very supportive through some very difficult family problems, and that means a great deal to me. It is certainly not for the company!
