I have been with SGS for 6 months and my account is always busy. I work 2 accounts actually and they both are always busy. I have never had a day where they both weren't. My accounts are 50% VR, but I don't mind doing VR. For me, the pay is pretty decent. But what is good for one may not be for another. I know it's higher than a lot of the other places I had applied to. I like the flexibility and everyone is very nice. In my opinion, they are a good company. Everyone's experiences are different.
