I work for SG also and am happy, but just have a wish list for direct deposit and a 401k.  They have a lower line count requirement than most companies, offer health and dental to contractors (very unusual) and are very flexible when you need to change your status or schedule, so I am happy with them.  I agree, VR can really afftect your earnings, but I never liked typing much anyway, which I guess is a bad thing, but helps me to accept VR. 

DeVenture is another company with VR, but they appear to have really good benefits, including 401k.  I have never worked for them, but they are hiring right now for VR on Escription.
