Always try to be professional, and if you cannot say something to a person in a construction way if you disagree with something, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.  Common sense and professionalism go a long way.  You never know what the world is going to hand to you, so what seems important today will seem childish if you get a lump in your breast.  I, too, have had a lumpectomy for precancerous cells.  So I know what I'm talking about.  Try to be kind and offer constructive criticism.  People's feelings DO get hurt.  Plus you never know what a person is going through in their life.  The majority of MTs work very hard for their paycheck.  Keep that in mind the next time you post.
