I feel like it is the final straw to push me out. I have gone from full-time to part-time and now to just an an-needed status. When they did the salary restructure I got no increase so I have been completely unmotivated to help out. I went from being a higher-paid MT with them to essentially taking a big pay cut. When I asked for an explanation my lead really had none. She said she had no idea what the figures were based on but then she made no attempt to find out. So long story short, just not sure I want to be bothered with yet another change.
