Keep in mind they do not pay for spaces, headers, footers, etc. When you factor in about 20-25% for that the line requirements are really not much less. I will say I never had issues with running out of acute care work with them. The bottom line for me was I just could not make what I felt was a fair hourly wage. Initially I got headers with no spaces. Then they took away the headers and in my case did not give me any boost in line rate, so essentially a pay cut. As far as the sound files, no problem at all and they do have an excellent platform.
