I agree, but the problem is many of us were with a former company that was acquired by Cymed, then acquired by SPi, so it's not like we made a conscious decision to join SPi. We were told initially that they cared about us and have an open door policy, blah, blah, blah, which turned out to be lip service. I guess some of us kept holding on, thinking that common sense would prevail, and that SOMEONE would pay attention that they are crumbling from within. I feel I wasted months now stupidly believing. There were many red flags along the way that we should have paid attention to, so I would hope that these posts will save anyone who may think they want to work for them the frustration. I feel sorry for their recruiter....would not want her job.
