Yup, I worked for them too about 2 years ago. Awful, awful, awful! The training was horrendous because I could hardly understand the trainer because he was Indian, and he kept getting really frustrated with me because I couldn't understand a thing he was saying! Then, when I needed help from technical support one time, the guy got REALLY mad when I couldn't understand him and was extremely rude! I quit right then and there and never looked back! I would advise proceeding with extreme caution with this company!
