I find it disturbing that employees who have to give a schedule are ASKED to work their schedule. If you are working for a hospital or in any other business and your schedule as an employee is 9-5 M-F, and you just don't show up, they fire your butt!

There are going to be those employees AND SEs as well who will not work a schedule, will not keep a commitment -- and they should be fired period. PERIOD.

Let those of us who KEEP our promise, stay. I don't think it would completely resolve this problem but I think it would help greatly.

Guess I'm dreaming! LOL
